DIZ JEPPE

Diz is an Australian designer based in Austin, Texas.

Experienced in a broad range of visual and practical arts, Diz came to film design via architecture, and as such is comfortable designing in any scale and moving between digital and analog formats.

Along with Architecture degrees from the University of Western Australia and UT Austin, Diz also has a BA in History/Art History from UWA. She has a rigorous approach to research and design, which combined with a construction and fabrication background allows her to not only conceive of rich and believable worlds, but to clearly communicate her ideas and then see the worlds constructed.

Drawing on experiences from outside the film world to creatively and efficiently solve production design challenges, Diz finds satisfaction in following a design from concept to completion, bringing to life the dreams of the director or production designer.
